New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL280
Application has been made to the JSE Limited ("JSE") for the listing of R200,000,000 (two
hundred million Rand) senior unsecured mixed rate Notes (stock code IBL280), under
Investec Bank Limited's Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme,
dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL280 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 13 October 2023
with effect from commencement of trade.
