Anglo American Platinum Board Changes

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements the Board is pleased to announce the appointment
of Stephen Phiri as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 10 October 2023. Stephen's appointment supports
the orderly succession and rotation of long serving directors in terms of skills retention and handover of key positions.

The Board welcomes Stephen and look forward to his contributions to board discussions.
