registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control
Act, 45 of 2002.


PARTIAL DELISTING OF SYGCN SECURITIES

SYGCN will partially delist 3 268 224 securities from the JSE with
commencement of business today, at an approximate price of ZAR 32.17 per
security.

Following the delisting of these securities, there will be 4 928 155 SYGCN
securities in issue.
