Lesaka to Host Webcast and Conference Call to Review Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2023 Results

Johannesburg, August 11, 2023 – Lesaka (NasdaqGS:LSAK; JSE: LSK) today announced it will
release fourth quarter and year-end 2023 results after the U.S. market close on September 12, 2023.
Lesaka management will host a presentation webcast and conference call on September 13, 2023,
at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“EST”), which is 2:00 p.m. South Africa Standard Time (“SAST”) to
review these results.
