DEALINGS IN SECURITIES

As detailed in the Pre-listing Statement (“PLS”) for Zeda published on 28 November 2022, certain
executives of Zeda were participants in the Barloworld Limited Forfeitable Share Plan (“Barloworld
FSP”) and held unvested retention and performance awards at the date of unbundling of Zeda from
Barloworld on 13 December 2022. To ensure that these executives are placed in a similar position, they
have been awarded replacement awards (“Replacement Awards”) in terms the Zeda Limited Long Term
Incentive Scheme (“LTIP”).

In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
of the following:
