Listing of additional 1nvestRhodium debentures – ETFRHO

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 17 July 2023, issued an additional 1,500 1nvestRhodium
debentures at an approximate issue price of R791.5195 per additional 1nvestRhodium debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 14.044 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.

After the additional issue, there will be 231,905 1nvestRhodium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 2,192.166 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
