APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
the board of directors of Delta (the “Board”) has approved the appointment of Mr Zwelifikile (Fikile) Mhlontlo
as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer with effect from 18 July 2023.

Mr Mhlontlo is a qualified CA(SA) and a seasoned executive with extensive experience in auditing and has
served as a CFO over a long period of time. He has worked for organisations such as EY, Denel, Concor
Construction and most recently as the interim Group CFO of South African Airways.

Mr Mhlontlo is also a former audit partner and director at Ernst and Young (EY) for close to 13 years. In the
various roles he held at EY, he was in assurance which touched areas such as strategy, governance,
restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence as well as financial reporting of various companies.

The Board welcomes Mr Mhlontlo and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
