Absa Bank Limited wishes to advise the noteholders of a partial capital redemption of its ASN364 note (the “Note”),
following a request from one of its noteholders to partially unwind the Note. Following the repurchase* of 1,100 units of
ASN364 from the noteholder, ASN364 will be partially redeemed with effect from Tuesday, 11 July 2023
