CLEANSING NOTICE

DRA Global Limited (ASX / JSE: DRA) (“DRA” or “the Company”) issued 210,206 fully paid ordinary shares
(“Issued Shares”) on 4 July 2023 on the exercise of zero-exercise price options by senior management – see
Appendix 2A dated 27 June 2023.

DRA advises that the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“Act”) restricts the on-sale of securities issued without
disclosure, unless the sale is exempt under section 708 or section 708A of the Act. By the Company giving
this notice, a sale of the Issued Shares noted above will fall within the exemption in section 708A(5) of the Act.
DRA gives notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Act that:

•    the Issued Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

•    as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M as they apply
     to the Company and with section 674 of the Act; and

•    as at the date of this notice there is no information which is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of
     sections 708(A)(7) and (8) of the Act, being information:

     –    that has been excluded from a continuous disclosure notice in accordance with the ASX listing rules;
          and

     –    that investors and their professional advisers would reasonably require for the purpose of making an
          informed assessment of:

          /     the assets and liabilities, financial position and performance, profits and losses and prospects of
                the body; or

          /     the rights and liabilities attaching to the Issued Shares.
