ERRATUM – DATE ERROR ON PROXY FORM ACCOMPANYING THE NOTICE OF GENERAL
MEETING
AEEI Shareholders are referred to the distribution of the Circular and the notice of General Meeting
announcement (“Announcement”) released on SENS on 1 June 2023, regarding the distribution of the
Circular and notice to convene the General Meeting (“Notice”). The General Meeting is to be held at
10:00 on Friday, 30 June 2023 in order to consider and, if deemed fit, to approve, with or without
modification, the resolutions set out in the Notice (“Resolutions”) required to implement the
Unbundling.
Unless expressly defined herein, capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in the
Announcement.
AEEI Shareholders are advised that the form of proxy accompanying the Notice (“Form of Proxy”)
erroneously refers to the date of the General Meeting as 5 May 2023.
The Circular, incorporating a revised Form of Proxy reflecting the correct date of the General Meeting,
is available on AEEI’S website at: https://aeei.co.za/investor-relations/notices/.
All other information recorded on the Form of Proxy is accurate and in alignment with the Notice.
The aforementioned does not affect the validity of any Form of Proxy already submitted, or to be
submitted, in respect of the Resolutions.
The Company wishes to apologise for any inconvenience occasioned to Shareholders.
