Moody’s Investor Services announced on 8 June 2023 that it has:

- affirmed the National Scale Ratings accorded to the TRA5A1, TRA5A2, TRA5A3, TRA5A1-2 and TRA5A2-2 notes of
Aaa.za (sf);
- downgraded the Global Scale Ratings accorded to the TRA5A1, TRA5A2, TRA5A3, TRA5A1-2 and TRA5A2-2 notes
to Ba1 (sf), from Baa1 (sf);
- downgraded the Global Scale Ratings accorded to the TRA5B1 and TRA5B2 notes to Ba1 (sf) from Baa1 (sf); and
- downgraded the National Scale Ratings accorded to the TRA5B1 and TRA5B2 notes to Baa3.za (sf) from Aa2.za
(sf).
