CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
the board of directors of the Company (“Board”) has appointed Ms Sindi Zilwa as an independent non-
executive director with effect from 1 June 2023.

Ms Zilwa is a Chartered Accountant and co-founded Nkonki Incorporated in 1993. She led the accounting firm
from 1998 until retirement through a management buyout in October 2016. As a retired entrepreneur in the
Accounting and Auditing profession, Ms Zilwa is also a Chartered Director with extensive listed and unlisted
board experience. She also holds qualifications in Advanced Diploma (Taxation) from Unisa, Advanced
Diploma (Financial Planning) from UOFS and the Higher Diploma (Banking) from RAU.

The Board welcomes Ms Zilwa and looks forward to her contributions.
