COMMUNIQUE – COMPLIANCE REGULARISATION

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce as part of Go Life’s ongoing process of
regularising its compliance in terms of the requirements of The Stock Exchange of Mauritius and
The Republic of Mauritius – The Companies Act 2001 (Act no. 15,) the Company has appointed
Hammersmith Management Limited for the provision of administrative services to the
Company. These services include the role of management company, company secretary,
compliance, accounting and taxation.

In addition, Mr Rushdee Toorbuth, has been appointed as the Company’s Auditor to carry out
audit services for the year ended 28 February 2023.

Go Life International has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary
listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
