The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre Spólka Akcyjna with its registered seat in Warsaw (the
“Company”), pursuant to Article 395 and Article 399 §1 in conjunction with Articles 402 1 and 4022 of the
Commercial Companies Code (the “CCC”), convenes the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the
“General Meeting”) for 21 June 2023 at 13.00 (Warsaw Time – UTC+2) to be held in Warsaw at ul.
