RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on 11 April 2023 which
advised that the company has entered into negotiations regarding a potential acquisition in
the staffing services sector which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on
the price of the company’s securities. Shareholders are advised that the negotiations are
still in progress.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
company's securities until a full announcement is made.
