RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released by Attacq on 13 February 2023 and renewed
on 28 March 2023, regarding the proposed acquisition of 30% of Attacq Waterfall Investment Company
Proprietary Limited by the Government Employees Pension Fund.

As the negotiations of commercial terms and final legal agreements are ongoing, the Company is not yet in a
position to release a further detailed announcement in this regard, and shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in Attacq shares.
