RESIGNATION OF CFO AND A CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ms Marelise de Lange has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and from the board of directors
of the Company (“Board”) with effect from 2 May 2023, to pursue an alternative offer of employment with
Accelerate Property Fund Limited. Marelise will serve out her three months’ notice period, with her last day of
employment being Tuesday, 25 July 2023.


The Board wishes to express its appreciation to Marelise for her significant contribution during her tenure at
the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.


The Board has embarked on a recruitment process for a new Chief Financial Officer; and will in due course;
update shareholders accordingly.
