Listing of additional 1nvestRhodium debentures – ETFRHO

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 03 May 2023, issued an additional 10,800 1nvestRhodium
debentures at an approximate issue price of R1,602.9869 per additional 1nvestRhodium debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 101.295 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.

After the additional issue, there will be 203,205 1nvestRhodium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 1,923.273 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
