Noteholders are hereby advised that the TUHF Urban Finance quarterly investor report (“the Report”) for
the period ended 31 March 2023 (“the Period”) is available for download from the following website:

During the Period, no underlying assets were subject to a demand to repurchase or replace due to a
breach of the representations and warranties. However, one asset to the value of R5 134 762 was
repurchased following the request for a further advance by the client, which is not permissible in terms of
the TUHF Urban Finance RF Limited ZAR2,000,000,000 Mortgage Loan Backed Securitisation
Programme.
