SENS ANNOUNCEMENT


AMENDMENT TO THE APPLICABLE PRICING SUPPLEMENTS

The Republic of South Africa registered a Domestic Multi Term Note Programme with the
JSE on September 2019 and there were no subsequent updated programme. 

However, the applicable pricing supplements for the RN2027, I2031 and R2053 bonds
refers to a programme dated May 2022. The Applicable Pricing Supplements for these
bonds has been amended to reflect September 2019 as the date of the registered
Domestic Multi Term Note Programme.
