Listing of additional 1nvestRhodium debentures – ETFRHO

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 18 April 2023, issued an additional 12,000 1nvestRhodium
debentures at an approximate issue price of R1,354.6798 per additional 1nvestRhodium debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 112.590 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.

After the additional issue, there will be 169,405 1nvestRhodium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 1,606.205 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
