CASH PAYMENT IN RESPECT OF SCRIP DISTRIBUTION FRACTIONAL ENTITLEMENTS


Lighthouse shareholders are referred to the declaration announcement released on SENS on Wednesday,
22 March 2023 and the circular distributed to shareholders in respect of a scrip distribution of 1.62500 EUR cents
per share (“Scrip Distribution”), with an alternative cash distribution option of 1.46250 EUR cents per share.

The allocation of new Lighthouse shares will be such that shareholders who receive the Scrip Distribution will not
be allocated a fraction of a new Lighthouse share and as such any entitlement to receive a fraction of a new
Lighthouse share will be rounded down to the nearest whole number and the value of the fraction will be paid to
shareholders, less dividend withholding tax at a rate of 20%, which may be payable by shareholders liable for
dividend withholding tax.

Shareholders are advised that the fraction rate has been calculated as the volume weighted price of a Lighthouse
share traded on the JSE on Wednesday, 12 April 2023 of 675.66790 ZAR cents (33.37489 EUR cents) converted at
an exchange rate of ZAR20.24480:EUR1.00 (determined as the closing foreign exchange rate on Wednesday, 12
April 2023) discounted by 10%, being 608.10111 ZAR cents (30.03740 EUR cents) per Lighthouse share. The gross
fraction rate to be paid will be 608.10111 ZAR cents (30.03740 ZAR cents). The net fraction rate to be paid will be
486.48089 ZAR cents for payments which are subject to dividend withholding tax.
