respect of the ZAR 5,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (the “Information Statement”).

The amendments to the Information Statement primarily relate to updates of the following sections:

    2.   Risks relating to Sappi Southern Africa’s industry;
    3.   Description of Sappi Southern Africa including product review and details of the board of directors; and
    4.   minor consequent amendments throughout the Information Statement.
