NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS REGARDING THE INDEPENDENT AUDITOR ROTATION

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released by Sasol Limited (the “Guarantor” or the “Group”),
the Guarantor to the Issuer’s ZAR15 000 000 000.00 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, on SENS on 30
March 2023 (the “Sasol Announcement”) in respect of the mandatory audit firm rotation rule of the
Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated (“PwC”), who has served as
the Groups independent auditor since the Company’s 2014 financial year, will step down as the Group’s
auditor on 30 June 2023. PwC will complete the audit of the annual financial statements for the 2023 financial
year.

In terms of paragraphs 6.25 to 6.27 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised
that, following a comprehensive tender process, the Sasol Audit Committee has appointed KPMG Incorporated
as the Groups independent auditor with effect from 1 July 2023. KPMG will be proposed for appointment by
the shareholders at the Sasol Limited’s 2023 AGM.
