LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SATRIXMAG SECURITIES

SATRIXMAG has issued and listed an additional 200 000 securities
with effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue
price of approximately R28.96 per security. Following the listing of
the 200 000 securities, there will be 2 006 698 SATRIXMAG securities
in issue.
