APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF YOUI HOLDINGS LIMITED

OUTsurance Group Limited is announcing the appointment of Mr Nathaniel
Simpson as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Youi Holdings Limited
(Youi), effective from 1 July 2023. The appointment of Mr Simpson follows
the announcement of the retirement of the current CEO, Hugo Schreuder, at
the end of June 2023, as per the SENS announcement published on 7 February
2023. As communicated, Mr Schreuder’s retirement follows a successful and
dedicated 15-year tenure. Mr Schreuder was the founding CEO of Youi when the
business launched as a greenfield in 2008 and has been with the OUTsurance
Group since 2003.

The Youi Board have been actively working for the past 12 months on a
succession plan which culminated in the appointment of Mr Simpson as the
successor. The announcement also allows for an appropriate handover period
and seamless transition to ensure the delivery of favourable outcomes for
customers, employees and communities.

Nathaniel has demonstrated outstanding leadership abilities during his
tenure at both OUTsurance and Youi, having held various leadership positions
over the past ten years. His track record includes building and developing
high-performing teams, driving growth, and fostering an exceptional
organisational culture. We are confident that Nathaniel’s comprehensive
understanding of the business, coupled with his exceptional leadership
skills, will enable Youi to advance through the next phase of growth while
continuing to provide customers with the best possible outcomes.
