THE GUARANTOR

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released by Sasol Limited (the “Guarantor”), the
Guarantor to the Issuer’s ZAR15 000 000 000.00 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, on SENS
on 21 February 2023 (the “Sasol Announcement”). Copies of the Sasol Announcement and the
