CHANGE IN DEBT SPONSOR

In accordance with paragraph 2.6 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, bondholders
are hereby advised of the termination of Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, a
division of Nedbank Limited, as Debt Sponsor to Calgro, with effect from 31 March 2023.

Furthermore, PSG Capital Proprietary Limited has been appointed as Calgro’s Debt Sponsor
with effect from 1 April 2023. PSG Capital currently serves as Equity Sponsor to Calgro and
Calgro believes that a single JSE Sponsor will facilitate enhanced efficiencies.
