NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR


Shareholders are advised that following the completion of Castleview's acquisition of multiple directly and indirectly
held property assets from I Group Investments Proprietary Limited in October 2022 and the substantial increase in the
size of the Company, Castleview has undertaken a formal review of its external audit requirements based on, inter alia,
capacity, fit and cost.

Following the completion of the review, RSM South Africa Incorporated (Registration number 2016/324649/21), with
Mauricio De Faria as designated audit partner, has been appointed as the new external auditor of Castleview with effect
from 17 February 2023.

Consequently, the services of Nolands Inc. ("Nolands") have been terminated with effect from 17 February 2023. The
board of directors of the Company thanks Nolands for their services to Castleview.
