Act, 45 of 2002.


PARTIAL DELISTING OF SYGH SECURITIES

SYGH will partially delist 152 136 securities from the JSE with
commencement of business today, at an approximate price of ZAR 28.84 per
security.


Following the delisting of these securities, there will be 18 568 505 SYGH
securities in issue.
