QUARTERLY SUSPENSION UPDATE

In terms of paragraph 1.11(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company is required to provide
an update to shareholders regarding the current state of affairs of the Company until the suspension
is lifted.

The Company was suspended for the late publication of its Annual Report for the year ended
31 August 2020 and are referred to the quarterly suspension update announcement published on
SENS on 12 April 2022 as well as the Cautionary Announcement published on 7 July 2022.

Shareholders were advised on 26 August 2022 that due to the Company’s recurring inability to
comply with the provisions of the SEM Listing Rules relating to the publication of its financial
statements, SEM made a decision, pursuant to Listing Rule 3.9(b) and with the approval of the SEM
Listing Executive Committee, to withdraw the ordinary shares of NFP from the Official Market of the
SEM after market close on 25 August 2022.

Shareholders are advised that the Company is still in discussion with the JSE regarding the continued
listing of the Company’s securities on the Alternative Exchange. Shareholders will be kept informed
of the outcome of these discussions.
