AVAILABILITY OF THE ISSUER’S AND GUARANTORS’ ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED
30 SEPTEMBER 2022 AND UPDATE TO THE INFORMATION STATEMENT
Pursuant to paragraph 6.17 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised that the
audited annual financial statements of the Issuer and the annual financial statements of Life Healthcare Group
Holdings Limited, Life Healthcare Group Proprietary Limited, Alliance Medical Limited and Life UK Holdco
Limited (collectively, the “Guarantors”) (collectively, the “financial statements”), the Guarantors to the Life
Healthcare Funding ZAR7 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (the “DMTN Programme”) for
the year ended 30 September 2022, are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.
The audited annual financial statements of the Issuer have also been made available for inspection on their
website at https://www.lifehealthcare.co.za/investor-relations/domestic-medium-term-note-programme/ .
Noteholders are additionally advised that the audit reports issued on the financial statements were unqualified
with no modifications applicable.
UPDATE TO THE INFORMATION STATEMENT
Life Healthcare Funding further advises noteholders that the Information Statement, incorporated by reference
in the Life Healthcare Funding DMTN Programme, has been updated.
The updated Information Statement is available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office and on their
