New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL262
Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R250,000,000 (two
hundred and fifty million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL262),
under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme, dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL262 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being
31 January 2023 with effect from commencement of trade.
