 Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements (“the financial statements”) of the Issuer for the year
 ended       30     September   2022,      are   available   for   inspection     on     the    following     website      at
 [https://www.transactioncapital.co.za/investor-relations-overview/sa-taxi-transsec-programmes/]


 Noteholders are also advised that the audit report on the financial statements of the Issuer is unqualified, with no
 modifications applicable.


 Noteholders are further advised of amendments to the financial statements in accordance with the requirements
 of IAS 7 - Statement of Cash Flows where money market investments have been presented separately from cash
 and cash equivalents in the Statement of Financial Position (comparatives have been restated accordingly). The
 money market investments are highly liquid and the Issuer can convert these investments into cash within 24 hours
 of making such request.


 The impact of the restatement is disclosed on the face of the Statement of Financial Position as well as note 4 of
 the financial statements of the Issuer for the year ended 30 September 2022.
