The Premium Properties AFS contains restatements relating to the prior year ended 31 August 2021 as follows: 1. the disclosure of financial guarantees has been restated to comply with IFRS 9 and has been expanded to include a maturity analysis of the financial guarantees; and 2. the loan from Octodec has been reclassified from non-current liabilities to current liabilities. Full details of the restatements are set out in notes 15, 18, 25 and 37.3 of the Premium Properties AFS. The Company’s auditors have expressed an unmodified audit opinion.
