CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT - NO CHANGE STATEMENT, AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL
REPORT AND NOTICE OF VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are referred to the no change statement, availability of integrated annual report and
notice of virtual annual general meeting announcement published on SENS on 19 December 2022
(“Previous Announcement”).

Shareholders are advised that the Previous Announcement was released prematurely by Vunani
(“the Sponsor”) as certain aspects of the announcement were not yet finalised by the Company. The
Sponsor will make sure that all instructions are finalised going forward to avoid such occurrences.

Shareholders urged to disregard the Previous Announcement and are further advised that an
updated announcement will be published on SENS on 20 December 2022.
