APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are advised that the Company is pleased to announce that Tebogo Moshakga (“Tebogo’) has
been appointed as the new company secretary of Delta with effect from 4 January 2023.

Tebogo holds a BCom (Law), LLB and a Higher Diploma in Tax Law. She is an admitted Advocate of the High
Court of South Africa. She served as the Company Secretary for Santam and previously 3Sixty Global Solutions
Group, where she served as Group Executive: Governance, Legal, Risk and Compliance. Tebogo has also
previously served as company secretary of a number of entities in the financial services industry. The board
of directors of the company are satisfied that Tebogo has the experience, qualifications and expertise to take
up the position as company secretary of Delta.


In addition, FluidRock Co Sec (Pty) Ltd, which has provided its services as company secretary to Delta since 1
April 2022 will resign with effect from 31 January 2023. Delta would like to thank the FluidRock team for its
services.
