                           APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR



In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of
Directors of Buka Investments Limited has pleasure in announcing the appointment of Mrs
Pumla Tladi as a non-executive director of the Company effective 14 December 2022.

Mrs Tladi is a BCom graduate from the University of Natal and has a Post Graduate
Diploma in Property Management from the UCT Graduate School of Business.

She has over 25 years work experience in various areas of the financial services sector
specifically in Insurance, Auditing and Banking with the bulk of her exposure being in
Credit roles for a number of Banking Institutions.

Pumla has held Non Executive positions in private Investment companies in the past,
namely: Locksecure (Pty) Ltd; RitzPumps SA (Pty) and Imbalie Beauty. She has been an
asset to all, being an impartial, logical-thinking and result-driven individual.

The Board of Directors welcomes Mrs Pumla Tladi to Buka and looks forward to her
strategic contribution to the Company.
