CHANGE OF FINANCIAL YEAR END

Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS by Castleview Property Fund
Limited and Emira Property Fund Limited on 15 December 2022 relating to the alignment of their
financial reporting periods. Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of Transcend has
approved a change to the financial year end of the Company from 31 December to 31 March, in order
to align Transcend’s year end with that of its ultimate controlling shareholders.

To comply with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Transcend will:

    -   publish reviewed interim results for the 12 months ending 31 December 2022 by not later than
        31 March 2023;
    -   publish audited results for the 15 months ending 31 March 2023 by not later than 30 June
        2023; and
    -   issue and distribute an integrated annual report and notice of annual general meeting
        (incorporating the audited financial statements for the 15 months ending 31 March 2023) by
        not later than 31 July 2023.

Transcend intends to declare a distribution for the 6 months to 31 December 2022, and a further
distribution for the 3 months to 31 March 2023. Thereafter, Transcend will revert to the standard
interim and year-end distribution cycle.
