CHANGE OF FINANCIAL YEAR-END


Shareholders are referred to previous announcements published on SENS relating to the acquisition of multiple directly
and indirectly held property assets from I Group Investments Proprietary Limited and are advised that Castleview has
changed its financial year-end from 28 February to 31 March to align its financial year-end with that of its newly
acquired subsidiary companies.

In compliance with paragraph 3.15 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Castleview will endeavour to:

-     publish reviewed summarised results for the 12 months ending 28 February 2023 within three months of
      28 February 2023;
-     publish summarised audited results for the 13 months ending 31 March 2023 within three months of 31 March
      2023; and
-     issue and distribute an integrated annual report and notice of annual general meeting (with audited financial
      statements for the 13 months ending 31 March 2023) within four months of 31 March 2023.

Following the change in financial year-end, Castleview’s distribution periods will be for the 6-month periods ending
31 March and 30 September.
