TAKEOVER REGULATION PANEL (“TRP”) NOTICE: SUBMISSIONS AND APPROVALS
OF DOCUMENTS INCLUDING ANNOUNCEMENTS (OTHER THAN CAUTIONARY
ANNOUNCEMENTS

14 December 2022

We wish to advise as follows:

1.      We are available to accept all documents including announcements submitted during
        the festive season;

2.       With regards to documents including announcements, other than cautionary
        announcements, submitted on or after 15 December 2021, such documents including
        announcements will be deemed to have been submitted on 3 January 2022; and


3.      Paragraph 2 shall not apply in respect of documents including announcements,
        submitted after 15 December 2022 in instances where a prior arrangement is made
        with us.


4.      In respect of ongoing matters submitted before 15 December 2022 such matters will
        not be affected by this notice.
