RESULTS OF MANTENGU RIGHTS OFFER
1. INTRODUCTION
Shareholders are referred to the circular dated Monday, 21 November 2022 and to the
announcements released on SENS on 15 November 2022, 17 November 2022 and 25 November
2022 wherein shareholders were advised of Mantengu’s intention to raise R15 million by way of a fully
underwritten renounceable rights offer (“Rights Offer”), through an offer 15 000 000 302 new
Mantengu shares (“Rights Offer Shares”) at a subscription price of 0.1 cent per Rights Offer Share
in the ratio of 10.84106 Rights Offer Shares for every 100 Mantengu shares held on the record date
for participating in such Rights Offer.
2. RESULTS OF THE RIGHTS OFFER
The results of the Rights Offer, which closed on Friday, 9 December 2022, are set out below:

Share certificates will be posted to certificated shareholders (or their renouncees) who followed their
rights on or about Monday, 12 December 2022. Dematerialised shareholders (or their renouncees)
who followed their rights will have their CSDP or broker accounts debited and updated with the Rights
Offer shares on Monday, 12 December 2022.
Following the conclusion of the Rights Offer, the total issued share capital of the Company will be
153 362 856 902 ordinary shares of no par value.
