RESULTS OF GENERAL OFFER


Shareholders of Safari Investments RSA Limited (“Safari”) are referred to the offer circular distributed to them
by Heriot on 13 October 2022 (the “Offer Circular”) relating to the general offer to purchase Safari shares at an
offer price of R5.60 per Safari share (the “General Offer”), and the announcement published by Heriot on SENS
on 21 November 2022 confirming that the closing date of the General Offer was extended to 9 December 2022.
Capitalised terms in this announcement bear the same meaning as in the Offer Circular.

Safari shareholders are advised that the General Offer closed at 12:00 on Friday, 9 December 2022 and was
accepted in respect of 23 664 848 Safari shares, representing 7.6% of the total Safari shares in issue. Accordingly,
the Offeror and the Concert Parties now collectively hold 126 516 751 Safari shares, representing 40.7% of the
total Safari shares in issue and 49.1% of the Safari shares in issue excluding the SP Shares.
