CHANGE STATEMENT, AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT,
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND UPDATE ON BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC
EMPOWERMENT ACT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Integrated Annual Report, incorporating, inter alia,
the audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2022 (“AFS”)
and a notice of Annual General Meeting, will be made available on the Company’s website
(www.telemasters.co.za) from 1 November 2022.
The AFS contain changes to the Statement of Cash Flows presented in the previously published
Reviewed Provisional Condensed Consolidated Financial Results for the Year Ended 30 June 2022,
which were published on SENS on 30 September 2022. Additional changes arose during the
finalisation of the audit. The aforementioned changes resulted in minor changes to the statement
of cash flows as outlined below:

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at 09h30 on
Friday, 9 December 2022 at the offices of Catalytic, Building 2 ATT House, Ground Floor, Maxwell
Office Park, Magwa Crescent, Waterfall City, Johannesburg.
Record Date
The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be registered as such in the
Company’s securities register in order to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday,
25 November 2022. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at the Annual General
Meeting will be Tuesday, 22 November 2022.
Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act: Annual Compliance Report
Shareholders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the
Company’s annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black
Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 read with the Broad-Based Black Economic
Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, is currently being processed and will be made
available on the Company’s website. The Company’s B-BBEE certificate has been received for
the period 24 February 2022 to 23 February 2023 and is available on the Company’s website,
www.telemasters.co.za.
Shareholders will be advised of the publication of the annual compliance report by way of a
separate announcement.
