NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL REPORT

Shareholders are advised that Attacq's integrated report and audited annual financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2022 (on which the Company's auditors, Ernst & Young Incorporated, expressed an unmodified audit opinion)
(collectively, the "annual report") will be published on the Company's website, https://www.attacq.co.za/investor-
hub/#integrated-reports today, Wednesday, 26 October 2022.

The audited annual financial statements contain no changes to the summarised provisional consolidated financial
statements and the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2022, which were published on
SENS and the Company's website respectively, on Tuesday, 13 September 2022.
