CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of
the Company (“the Board”) advises shareholders that the following directors have resigned from the
Board and various Board sub-committees with immediate effect:

    -   Mr Robert Emslie (Chairman and independent non-executive director);
    -   Ms Faith Khanyile (independent non-executive director);
    -   Ms Michelle Dickens (independent non-executive director);
    -   Mr Michael Falcone (independent non-executive director); and
    -   Mr Solly Mboweni (non-executive director).
