AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Note holders are advised that in accordance with paragraphs 7.4 and
7.6 of the Debt Listings Requirements, which form part of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements, the annual financial statements of SASP
for the year ended 30 June 2022, are available on the Company’s website:

During the period under review, management became aware that certain
prior period transactions may not have been correctly accounted for.
A detailed review confirmed that there were errors affecting prior
periods which required the restatement and/or reclassification as set
out in Note 2.5 of the Annual Financial Statements.
