RIGHTS ISSUE FINALISATION ON THE JSE
Eligible Shareholders in South Arica are referred to the launch announcement released on the Stock
Exchange News Service (SENS) on the JSE Limited (JSE) on Tuesday, 27 September 2022, relating to a
fully underwritten A$40 million (ZAR472 million) renounceable rights issue.
Eligible Shareholders in South Arica are advised that the salient dates and times for the Rights Issue
announced in the launch announcement have not changed and the rights issue will be implemented
accordingly.
Excess Applications
Eligible Shareholders can choose to take up all, part or none of their Rights. The Rights Issue will also
include a shortfall facility under which Eligible Shareholders who take up all of their Rights may also
apply for New Shares in excess of their pro rata entitlement. The New Shares as part of the excess
applications, will be issued on the JSE Tuesday, 8 November 2022.
Letters of Allocation ISIN number
The share code for the Letters of Allocation that trade on the JSE will be MCZN and ISIN number
AU0000242554.
