Following the SENS announcement of 12 July 2022, in which noteholders attention
was drawn to the occurrence of a Borrower Default as defined, as a result of the
non-compliance in respect of the Interest Cover Ratio for the period ended 31
May 2022 (refer to page 4 of the investor report for the period ended 31 May 2022
for further details).


Following which, holders are herewith advised that Redink Rentals has published
an update in respect of the Borrower Default as reported in the May 2022 investor
