FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2022

Rex Trueform is an investment holding company incorporated in South Africa and listed on
the JSE Limited (“JSE”) in the “apparel retailers” sector. The company has investments in
fashion retail, property, media and broadcasting and water infrastructure.
FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

• Revenue increased by 35.5% to R 665.7 million (2021: R 491.4 million)
• Gross profit margin % increased to 54.7% (2021: 52.2%)
• Operating profit increased by 77.4% to R88.9 million (2021: R50.1million)
• Earnings per share increased by 130.0% to255.1 cents (2021: 110.9 cents)
• Headline earnings per share increased by 81.9% to 266.6 cents (2021: 146.6 cents)
• Net asset value per share increased by 16.2% to R14.89 (2021: R12.81)
• Ordinary dividend per share paid amounted to nil cents (2021: nil cents)
